I noticed the same pattern across product updates, onboarding emails, launch announcements, and blog content: companies were explaining features clearly, but failing to show what changed for the customer.

So I started auditing SaaS communication through a different lens — not grammar, not tone, not "better copy," but decision friction.

Since February 2026, I have run 59 teardowns across SaaS companies in fintech, productivity, and developer tools. The average original score is 3.4 out of 10. The average rebuilt score is 9. Across every audit I have run, the biggest gap has not been talent. It has been architecture.
