A composite audit observation about Zero Social Proof. The pattern was visible in the layout, not in a missing sentence.
The email had one genuinely strong piece of proof, a specific number, a named result. It sat in the fourth paragraph, after two paragraphs of feature description and one paragraph of company background.
By the time a reader reached it, most had already scrolled past or closed the email. This is the version of the pattern that's easy to miss on a first read, because the proof technically exists.
Nothing about the sentence itself is wrong. It's positioned wrong. A reader deciding whether to keep reading makes that decision in the first few lines, not the fourth paragraph.
Moving that one sentence to the top, ahead of the feature description, turned a company claim the reader had no reason to trust yet into the reason to keep reading.
The rebuild kept the underlying information and made the decision visible earlier. Read the canonical definition for the pattern and the structural fix.
