Who we are

Somatization Map is published by Strategic Flow, run by Alex Iliescu, Adeje, Tenerife, Spain. Contact: strategicflow@proton.me.

What this is

Somatization Map is an educational reflection tool. It is not a medical device, gives no diagnosis, and does not replace a doctor, psychologist or therapist. See a doctor first, especially for physical symptoms. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.

Digital content and purchases

The free guide and the paid 7-day programs are digital content. Prices are shown in euros at checkout; payment is processed by Stripe. Paid content is made available immediately after payment through a private page link.

Right of withdrawal

In the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content that is made available immediately, you ask at checkout for access to start at once and accept that you lose the right of withdrawal once access starts. Your other statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Problems and refunds

If a page does not open or does not work as described, write to us within 30 days and we will fix it or refund you. We read every message.

Personal use and your link

Your program link is private and for your own use. Please do not publish or resell it. We may block links that are widely shared.

Privacy: what we collect

This site has no accounts and no analytics. Your check-ins, tracker entries and journal notes are stored only in your own browser and are never sent to us. We receive your email address only if you write to us, ask for the free guide by email, or pay (Stripe passes us your email and payment status). We use it to reply, send you the guide link, deliver your purchase and issue invoices. Guide requests are stored with your language and consent; ask us to delete them at any time. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address.

Privacy: your rights

Under GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to strategicflow@proton.me. You can delete your notes at any time with the delete button on each program page or by clearing this site’s data in your browser. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Prices and content may change for future purchases.
